BY FAR THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

I’ve lived in 9 different rentals over the last 25!years and this hell hole is BY FAR the absolute worst place!!! My family went 6 months with no hot water, sewage leaks into our yards and into then creek, there is no playground even though it’s advertised, there is constant crime and police all day and night! This place will take your security deposit and no matter what you will never see that money again. The “maintenance” is a joke, and there is no office staff just but if you are a day late… they will come beating on your door! Do not rent here if you want a decent place to live! RUNN!

BE CAREFUL!!

Be careful when renting here!! My kids and I were homeless before moving here and I felt as if they took advantage of the fact that I was vulnerable to find a place! My refrigerator was not working and spoiled all of my food the whole time being their which they were aware of. I had an active MOLD issue which caused health issues for us that was not fixed!! I became short on rent because I missed work and had to pay out of pocket for food instead of them fixing this issue!! They lie and act as… if they are going to help and the manipulation is at an all time high. I stayed in apartment 145 !! I have the mold inspection report and I bet they will just paint over the mold. The mold comes through the air vents so the whole unit and air system needs to be replaced!! I am in the process of suing them as we speak DO NOT RENT HERE!! Especially apartment 145 as they need to bring the category 3 mold down to a 1. I have asked them to put me in a different unit and have me make payments but they refused to do so and said they couldn’t help me until my balance is below $500! Do NOT trust them! I asked for the owners number and the property manager REFUSED to give it to me!! BEWARE!! I would attach pictures but it’s not allowing me to!! Please DO NOT RENT HERE! This place needs a FULL REMODEL and I am NOT the only resident experiencing this!!
