Upstairs neighbors and the fairgrounds are super noisy. If you want sleep, don’t live here.

Been here 3 years, never had an issue. Managers always will inform you of anything you need to know, and maintenance is always doing their best!

I’ve lived here since October and absolutely love it here! The ladies on the office are super helpful, and maintenance crew always gets the job done! The apartment overall is lovely.

I just accidentally threw my keys into the dumpster with my trash. The maintenance man was so awesome and got in there and retrieved them for me! He was so nice about it too! I have always been impressed with how fast and courteous the staff and maintenance people are here. Thank you to The Grand on Julian.

Lived here since 2013. Leaving as soon as possible! New management since mid 2019 has encouraged my decision to move. Grass is not maintained and when they do mow or trim trees and bushes they leave the clippings and branches on the sidewalks indefinitely. There are currently broken grills and mildew in the pool. There is currently a drag race strip being built on the fair ground property that will run the entire length of the Grand’s property. They ha e also given R&L towing full autonomy... to tow any vehicle without a current parking sticker, meaning they come out in middle of the night and tow your mom who forgot to put a temp pass in the window Less than 1.5 miles to R&L towings lot and pay &200 or more to get your car back. The management does not call to get these towed but rather have given R&L directive to patrol the parking lot and tow resident vehicles without current parking passes at there discretion. I can’t wait to move! Sucks though I use to love it here.
