I am so happy to be here at Woodland Creek. God has lead me to a perfect, quiet place to work and rest. I love my neighbors. Everyone is really nice and respectful. I feel safe here and parking is great! The grounds are well kept from the front of the complex to the back. The stairway is well lighted open and clean. The apartments are open bright and clean. All of the office staff is GREAT! I went and applied there, I didn’t have much money to keep wasting on applications fees I was upfront about my credit and my boyfriends credit. They told us they wouldn’t see a problem with us getting approved.... they called back next day told us we were denied. They aren’t up front and just want commission off application fees or whatever. Great living here. Keep up the good work. First place Ive lived that they fix every issue right the first time and in a timely manner. Most places just use a band-aid approach. Zero problems!

I love living here. The apartment is beautiful. Spacious, updated, and a place I can truly call home. The complex offers amenities such as a pool, which was a wonderful place to relax during the summer. The staff is very friendly, I am greeted with a smile every time I go into the office. The maintenance staff is also very friendly. They work hard to make sure the apartment is in good shape and are quick to help if you have an issue.

I have never lived in an apartment before, but when my husband passed away i had to downsize. I moved in three months ago so I am still adjusting to apartment life. Not being able to improve or make structural changes is something I have to get used to. I would love to be able to use my creative talents but that consists of painting the walls. I'm sure I will appreciate the benefits of living in an apartment....it just takes time. I have nothing to compare it with but the staff could not be... nicer and the price is right! Read More
