How Is This Rating Determined?

North moves South and loving it!

I live in an apt. complex near Pinehurst, NC. amidst 165,000 miles of the Largest Golf course in the world. Fredrick Ulmstead designed this area in the late 1800's. Keeping with his designs my complex is beautifully landscaped in a wooded setting. The maintenance here is awesome and I like that standards have to be kept by all renters to keep this complex clean, pleasant and beautiful. There is a greenway across the road around a beautiful lake and I am 5 minutes away from shopping, restaurants... and entertainment. My 2-bedroom is comfy roomy and lots of closets. Love living in a culturally diverse complex where neighbors care about each other. Plus, Equestrian and PGA is icing on top!
