Bella vista has a new maintenance person and office manager and both are amazing. Huge improvement compared to previous.

RUN!
These people are snakes. I'm in the process of moving out (mainly because my lease was about to be up and I was informed my rent would be increasing). Rent was due on the 1st, obviously I didn't pay it and I got my utilities turned off because I'm moving. I go on the 6th to clean the mess we made moving (we packed in a hurry) and my husband was going to get the remainder of my things that afternoon. It had rained the day before, and the weekend before that was 4th of July (very difficult to find... someone free with a truck on a holiday) and we were out of town. It was the sixth- hardly late enough for a late fee and the locks were changed with NO EVICTION NOTICE or anything. She claimed she tried to email me (my iCloud was full) and called me (nothing on my call log or email and my work place was never contacted). The only thing I really cared about was my daughters Barbie dream house I had just spent $300 on in March for her 3rd birthday. I asked to get that, if anything at all. Also left was a large flat screen tv, my deceased grandmothers rocking chair, dressers, a twin bed and a nook to my kitchen table- but mainly I was concerned about my daughters toy. I had expected to arrive to a notice on the door and to explain I was cleaning the mess that was left and gathering the rest of my things and would be out of their way. Apparently they have a deal with whoever cleans this place out so now all of my things are "gone" and belong to him now. I'm taking them to court. Save yourself the trouble and rent somewhere else.

I like my home
I have live here for 16 years and never felt insecure, for the past year management has been the best, I will continúe to live here for as long as I can. Thank You Meadows.
