Great apt community to live in, recently have updated the units since being sold with new roofs, power washing and resurface the pavement and upgrading the pool

We have just moved into our new home and we enjoy it very much. The apartment we got we did not see initially but was very much the same. All was ideal aside from the back patio (inside/ outside) was covered in a lot of webs but Jan gave us the heads up. There was also a light crack in ceiling of the patio space (we will show a video to staff soon) and we just want to make sure it’s not a huge issue
