This is a non-smoking property, with a $500 charge for indoor smoking; outdoor smoking is permitted. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in termination of the reservation without refund, along with additional cleaning and damage fees. Noise levels are monitored, and a $500 fine will be issued for excessive noise between 10 pm and 8 am. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Pets are not allowed. Underage consumption or drugs are prohibited. Children under 14 require adult supervision in the pool/backyard, and any under 18 unable to swim requires an adult watchful eye. Pets are not allowed in the pool. The pool is open from late April to mid-October, weather permitting. Avoid using plastic mini waste, including confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, and pelletized materials like plastics, glass, and metals. If you notice any discoloration or green in the pool, please message us immediately. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if the property is equipped with a grill; receipts will be reimbursed. For charcoal grills, guests must bring their own charcoal. Guests are kindly reminded to remove their shoes when entering the house. A short-term rental agreement will be sent after booking and must be completed for pool safety.
