Comfortable and Brand New
New build, so everything is new and clean. The facilities such as the large gym, lounge, grills, dog walk, playground, and lobby are great. The gimmicky things, like the golf simulator and rock climbing wall are also really fun to play. It's out of season for the swimming pool, but it seems like a decent size with a straight forward design allowing for short laps.
To criticize requires nit-picking, so: I do not count the following against the rating, rather: The complex advertises as 'Luxury":... so I grade it as such-- I wish they did not 'cheap out' on the washer, dish washer, dryer and stove. Everything works, and functions perfectly... The nit-pick is to claim 'luxury apartments' on the advertising, but choose a coil stove rather than glass-top, the cheapest washer+dryer GE makes, and a half-size-tank water heater.
Again, these don't subtract any value- I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a large, modern, amenities-rich complex.
So far, with the promotion and price, I say this is a great deal overall and I'm glad to be a new resident.
