BSR iss a well-run community offering a versatile array of living arrangements, as well as a wide range of resident demographics. There are young parents, singles and seniors living among us. The staff is very accommodating to the needs of the residents.
The community itself offers several amenities, including a beautiful pool, a gym, a dog park and a playground for children. It's very dog-friendly. (Just ask "Sherman", my English Springer Spaniel). One of my favorite things... this... community is within arms-reach of convenient shopping in Porter's Neck.
After owning a home in Dutchess county, NY for 43 years, I feel like I am in Heaven now renting beautiful home down here in NC in this beautiful community.

This is a very friendly community, with support staff that are sensitive to the needs of residents and perform necessary maintenance work promptly and competently. There are some nice amenities here and the setting is beautiful-- and so close to town. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a rental community in which to live.
