The staff is alway very helpful to work with. I feel they go above and beyond to make sure the tenants questions get answered.

Lived here one leasing term (9 months) the AC was broken for a month straight (more than a month all together). It was leaking a significant amount of water into the carpet and began to have a horrible odor. Landlord refused to pay out of pocket to replace the part that needed replacing. The AC company would come and "band -aid " the real problem and the AC would be out again in a day or two. We had to call Leasing office SEVEN TIMES, over the time span of a month and a half, to fix the issue.... Leasing manager and other employees very unhelpful and would never contact me to let me know what was going on. Had to harass them in the office to get them to contact landlord or AC company.
