Lockwood Village Apartments

The property mangers are very unprofessional, I lived in the apartments because it is subsidized housing being that I am a single mom. I never was treated like a tenant that paid their rent on time. After years of living they took all of my deposit! Also charged me for a maintenance repair For a clogged sink! Also was towed because I couldn’t get parking passes while the office was always closed I could go on and on 5 yrs of feeling like I was in a prison DO NOT RENT!!

I have never stayed in a place like this before where u can't even have company anymore! Like they only give u two hours for family to be over then they will tow you without notice. Management is so rude when it comes to a complaint about anything and they are slack when it comes to fixing things in your apartment but they expect your rent on time! If u ask me I'll never stay in a place where they tow u just because they feel like it. Ohhh and also the company they have to tow is even rude too... like i don't know how you people are in business. Read More

We have been here 3 months and have well over 15 notices from them. the upper management treat you poorly, they were condescending to my husband a so he got upset and next day we get a notice of lease violation of being rude to management. they can be rude to you but you can not defend yourself. the cockroaches even though this place is new we have had to call them over 4 times already, they should have replaced the rugs.
