Easy move in process, friendly staff- appreciate Matt being helpful getting settled. The area is quiet, neighbors are kind, and lofts are unique and different than a traditional apartment.

The location is tucked away off Oriole, under trees with lots of palms and a beachy vibe. Cool cars in the parking lot, an interesting community overall, super close to campus, metal roofs, skylights, and the loft layout all make this one of the coolest spots to live as a young adult in Wilmington.
