Horrible management

The place is filthy. Construction debris everywhere. I’ve lost tires due to them not keeping the grounds cleaned. When confronted they say it’s not their problem. It’s the construction companies problem. Well ma’am I don’t rent from the construction company. I rent from you. They refuse to fix ongoing issues. I’ve watched them kick storm victims out with less than 24 hours notice. They do not care. They want to nickel and dime you over every little thing.

Fantastic

Fantastic apartments, community and pool. I like the location. Just far enough away yet just close enough from the Wilmington traffic. Employees are really nice and try to help

They get you on the way out

over all enjoyed my stay till the end. could not prep apartment before turning in keys due to problematic 3rd tenant that over stayed(for months no help from office staff with this). not expecting to get my deposit back instead i received a 1500 dollar bill for all new carpet and treating floors. the unit was flooded by an adjacent unit during my stay and only steam cleaned no repairs yet i'm supposed to pay for their new carpet. i have heard other stories of new providence price gouging... vacating tenants.
