Great place

I moved in two years ago and love it here. The staff and maintenance staff really do care about you and are always willing to help you out. The apartments are nice and quiet. There are a few minor things that needed to be fixed but they are always done within a day. Parking is good and grounds are really kept up well.

Please stay away

We just moved after living there for a year. From the moment we moved in it was trash. The walls were cracking, there were bugs and cob webs everywhere when we moved in. It seemed as if everything in our apartment was falling apart. There were always "water bugs" aka roaches in our apartment and a bunch of other different bugs in it apartment no matter how many times we had it sprayed. The gym equipment is mediocre at best. The cable machine in there is trash. The paint and everything is cheap... and all the previous stains showed through not long after we moved in. It was supposed to be "upgraded" and at paid for an upgraded apartment but the appliances were beat up and we're garbage. There was so much mold that we had to deal with constantly even after maintenance came in. I don't recommend these apartments to anybody.

Love my apartment

I love my apartment! Location is what I needed for Ogden Elementary School. Office staff was great throughout the whole process. Apartments are really spacious and clean. Grounds always look great! Love the fitness Center.

Not what it appears

At first it seems nice. The staff is disorganized and communication is terrible. The WiFi is garbage, the pool is always closed, and there are ants, wasps , and roaches everywhere.
