Warning this place isn’t as good as the reviews make it seem
the carpet was so gross when we moved in and they didn’t do anything about it. The cabinets are extremely water damaged and sometimes the AC smells mildewy. The walls are paper thin; I can hear conversations from my neighbors through the walls, although they are just reallllly loud people. Pretty sure something sketchy happened in the complex last week bc forensic evidence SUVs were parked in-front of a building where an ambulance and fire truck had been days before—wish they’d address that… instead of saying “there’s been an increase in car break ins therefore we will be keeping the gate closed 24/7 for the next week.” the gates have been broken for 80% of the time I’ve lived here. Maintenance is good now but they didn’t use to be. Living here is decent I guess but I wouldn’t have moved here if I would have looked at the unit before I moved in. Pay the same amount elsewhere for a better deal.
