Don’t move here, walls are thin you can smell weed smoke from your neighbors, they do inspections every 3 months but they only give you about a 24hrs notice, doesn’t have central air & the ac unit in the bed room isn’t strong enough to reach the living room, the road to get to the apartments have been close for 2 plus years so you have to take the long way home, mold grows in the bathroom wall, landlord told me to bleach it, but anyone with common sense knows you need to actually cut mold out… the wall, the “ updated “ floors are a mess feels cheap & whoever did the flooring needs a new job because you can feel bubbles on the floor when you walk. I need to downsize and a search led me to Bethabra Gardens. The application process with Mandy was very easy, and a few weeks later I moved into my new home. The 1 bedroom is perfect for me and my cat, and I really like the large walk in closet. This complex is very quiet, and it's nice to be able to park right outside my front door without having to search for a parking spot. Cable/internet included is definitely an added bonus. The whole process of getting an apartment here is a piece of cake Mandy helped me move in the next day and it's a nice quiet place the apartments are freshly renovated too it looks very nice.
