I wasn't completely happy with my move-in experience. There were a few things wrong with the apartment, that should have been fixed and ready before I moved in. For instance, the thermostat was dated and not working. The air conditioner unit wasn't working and had to be repaired. The kitchen faucet had a constant drip and the cold water knob in the bathroom leaked. As the sink is being used and drained, there's a certain point, water backs up in the dishwasher. The dishwasher has to be turned... onto drain the water. If not it leaks over onto the floor. I feel a apartment should have a complete inspection to make sure everything is working properly before moving a new tenant in.

A lot of amenities on the facility. Very clean and welcoming to dog parents being that there is 3 bark parks. There are also multiple pools on the facility which is perfect when it gets hot outside. Issue are addressed promptly.

It's not too bad. Definitely better closer to the front of the complex. It's when you go to the back on the complex it starts looking rough.

Needs better quality for the price shouldn't be this expensive. Ac keeps cutting off. They never replaced my carpet. Gets extremely hot upstairs. Bugs on the inside but we pay for pest control monthly

The size of the apartment is adequate, but I don't care for the roaches. I'm just being completely honest. I realize that this is a apartment complex and you can't control what your neighbors do. I lived in a apartment complex for 12 years prior to moving here and never had a issue with bugs. The only reason for the move from there to here was the ungodly amount of rent that was being asked for. I love the apartment, but just not the bugs.
