Plaza South Apartments

The cheapest apartments I could find in Winston... maintenance orders were always completed and I need to have issued with the front office or tenants. The walls are cement so you won't hear what is going on above, beside, or below you. Residents and staff are good about minding their business. Would deff recmmoned!

Awful . I lived at these apartments for 5 month and one day I took my kids to the pool and the pool boy told me and my kids that the pool was closed which he had closed it 2 hours early but it was ok with us we would just come back the next day.... so we proceeded to get in our vehicle n the I decided to text my husband before I left to tell him we was going somewhere else before coming home n I was doing that to be safe not to text n drive... well while I was texting the pool man came up to my… window and started to cuss me while my children where present and for no reason at all!!!! First apartments I have stayed since when I first moved to Winston Salem. They are very comfortable and affordable especially if you are a single parent. The area is nice and the people who live out here either stay to themselves or are very friendly which is great.
