Quail Lakes Apartments

Office & Maintenance people are more than reliable. Paying rent & utilities on line is easy. "Most" neighbors are considerate & watchful, but private. Parking is okay. FEDEX, UPS & USPS deliveries are "usually" left at the correct address. WSPD comes around. Some auto (unlocked) burglaries lately - Probably no different than other complexes. Rent is reasonable so far !

This is an excellent apartment complex for a new renter. The service, location, amenities, and price are great for someone just starting out and I imagine it would also be for families. I've seen many happy families connecting with one another or out walking their pets during my first week here!
The apartment managers I've met, Debra and Madison, made this transition to a new apartment (and a new state!) simple for my daughter. They both are so sweet and I know I go to them anytime about any... concerns (because I already have and have been received well).
The maintenance staff that I've met so far are kind and helpful. I'm sure they are definitely busy with a fully rented complex but they worked hard to complete the turn over of my daughter's apartment by the time she needed to move in, which was pretty short notice!

I lived in this community two different times, for a total of five years. I always enjoyed coming home. I lived in three different units, and all three had nice floor plans. It was always quiet and peaceful. Management was always very friendly, and very quick to respond to any maintenance requests. The only issue I ever encountered was arriving at the laundry room and finding all the washers in use ( if that's the only problem, then it's a pretty cool place to live ! ). One more FYI, depending... on the amount of snow/ice, you may find it a challenge to get to the main road, as the land flows down hill from the entrance all the way to the bottom. The only vehicles I ever witnessed having trouble during snow/ice were rear wheel drives. Just something to keep in mind. We don't get that much ice in the winter, so it's not something to keep you from living at Quail Lakes. When it does snow, the grounds look amazing ! Read More
