When I moved in, my walls weren’t freshly painted, they were spot painted. When I moved out, they charged me $200 to paint my walls! MIND YOU, other than having my tv mounted, which was made clear to me that I could, there weren’t any other damages to the walls AT ALL! Also when I moved in, my patio was suppose to be power washed cause it filthy and full of spiders, I lived there 6 months, and it NEVER HAPPENED! I paid my rent 6 months in advanced living there, you’d think they’d be a little… quicker on their feet being they had their money! I had to terminate my lease due to my dad having cancer, I told them this and it was VERY CLEAR TO ME THAT I’D GET A FULL DEPOSIT BACK and I didn’t!! Half of the time when I called the office, no one ever answered! They even charged me until the next tenant moved in which they had one ready to do so before I even moved! I called to speak to the manager of the buildings, I NEVER spoke to him, they ignored my calls until I received a check that was not what we talked about! Mind you, I moved to Ohio so it wasn’t a quick drive trying to get back there and speak face to face! I’m a young college student, trying to make it, and they definitely got over on me!
