I love my new community, the management team is so nice and the maintenance team is great as well! the neighborhood is clean and quiet, my daughter lovessss the playground and the pool.

I've lived here about 18 years. I've stayed this long because I've felt safe. The residents here are friendly. I don't own any fur babies but I enjoy watching those that are here. Whenever I needed a maintenance call, they are quick and helpful in solving the problem. Thank you all staff members of The Flats of Salem

Front porch is still full of holes. Portal doesn't let you make payments. Price is way too high. Maintenance people coming into your place on super short notice.

Love the quiet neighborhood and friendly people. We find most people are laid back and quiet. We like the clean neighborhood and maintenance is always quick to respond.
