Nice and quiet

We lived here in one of the condos apt, for more than a yr and never had any problems, it was very quiet and nice until a new downstairs renter started complaining about our toddler running and jumping. I am thankful to the manager though who was understanding and never brought the complain to us because a child is bound to run and jump. However we were so sick of the renter coming to our door almost every other day to complain that we finally decided to leave. I never had any complaints about… the apt. These apts are big with high ceilings which is rare to find.

Going Downhill Quickly

I just moved out from there and I celebrated. Several years ago when I first renting there, it was very nice and quiet. Now cars speed in the parking lot and continuous loud rap music at all hours of the day. The one I lived in was very outdated and did minimal work to keep it up to date. I would never stay there again. What was once a wonderful place to stay is now going downhill very quickly.

MISLEADING

Asst. Mgr. started by saying the state was known for its 'roaches' & proved so with a huge exhibit on the stairs. The Mgr. is a renters nightmare. AVOID this place at all costs. A real case of bait-and-switch.

Clean, safe, quiet

this place is very lovely, picturesque, basically everyone here is nice. Grocery stores in walking distance and 10 minute drive to downtown. Couldn't ask for more.
