Poor management
I had a very frustrating experience living here and would not recommend this apartment building. Management was consistently unreliable when it came to appointments—multiple times they either showed up late or didn’t show up at all, with little to no communication.
One of the biggest issues was the heating. During the winter, my apartment often reached around 85 degree with no effective way to regulate it other than opening the windows to busy street noise.
My scheduled move-out walkthrough... was completely missed by management without any notice. Afterward, I was still charged fees, which felt unfair given their lack of follow-through and communication.
I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative housing options where management is more responsive and accountable.
