I love living here! Having the luxury of an outdoor pool, fitness room and in unit laundry without the high end price tag makes it one of Bismarck’s best kept secrets. Maintenance is knowledgeable and responds quickly to any issues I’ve had. The apartments are very nice and the building is kept clean. The location is super close to everything (mall, downtown, etc) and it only takes 10 min to get to the north side of Bismarck when you take the Bismarck Expy loop through the Mandan side of the… river. I love living here! Without having to spend high end rent, I get the luxury of having an outdoor pool and fitness room just outside my door. The apartments are nice and clean and the management is great to work with if you have any issues. They allow dogs and I love that there is a city walking path that starts right at the cross street of the apartment building's block...my pup and I walk a couple blocks to the river often in the summer. It's close to major roads and downtown/mall area… (getting to Mandan or north Bismarck is fast and easy if you take Expressway west over the river). These apartments are over priced and working with the leasing agents was a nightmare. I went through the entire application process and after spending nearly $100, I was finally approved. After I was approved, I was told that my monthly rent would go up about $100, umm what?! Just be warned, if they give you a price, it's probably false advertising.
