Worst apartments in town

New management sucks. The property manager is rude and only cares about making money off you. You will be charged for everything that breaks even when its not your fault. Place smells like weed constantly. The heat barely works and maintenance won't fix it. Garage costs extra here, but is included in the rent at most other places in town. Walls are super thin. Not worth the money they charge.

Terrible place to live

You cannot have anything delivered here because it will get stolen. The apartments will do nothing and let you fend for yourself. They only have cameras there for themselves not the safety of the people in the complex. I suggest that you choose anywhere else to live if you want somewhere safe.

All of our cameras have recently been updated on the entire property and are there to keep… everyone safe, this includes residents and staff. BEWARE!!

When this place was under other management it was good but now that she’s gone I wouldn’t trust them! They will overcharge you when you move out and won’t be completely honest! Also when you try to contact them they won’t return your calls! Make sure you have a cleaning company clean for you when you move out or you won’t have any chance of getting you deposit back!

Great Manager!

Moving? Who wants to? It’s overwhelming right
I just recently rented an apartment at West Ridge and I truly can’t say enough about the Manager (Lisa).
She went above and beyond helping me. Her professionalism and kindness speaks volumes.
All my questions and concerns were addressed all the while, Lisa made me feel like family.
I can honestly say that because of Lisa, I signed a lease for an apartment.
Thank you for hearing my concerns and more importantly thank you for your… professionalism and kindness.

BEST MANAGEMENT IN TOWN!

This property has the best management I have ever encountered!
They go above and beyond their duties and what they need to do for you!
It's more like family! They have events on holidays and Lisa has food and gatherings
for those that cant get home to family!
This is the place to be! I promise its worth your time to check out this property!
