Horrible Management

The building itself is good. Rent was raised yet no improvements were ever made to the building. Was never added to the buzzer system over the year of living there even after talking to management many times. Moved out in June and still haven’t received deposit check back. Have called multiple times with no response or call back. Honestly not impressed at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

I really enjoy knowing how secure 29 West is. They have even gone to the extreme of reprogramming the garage door openers for underground parking when a tenant lost their opener. That speaks volumes towards how much they care about tenant safety!
