Loud, lots of trash everywhere in commons, bad management

1. Walls are paper thin. So thin that I can literally hear my neighbor snoring at night
2. There is trash everywhere in the parking lot.
3. Apartments management will not do much if you complain about noise.

My best advice: do not live here. if you get bad neighbors, you will lose sleep. Management will not do anything about it.

Ok

The Apartment is OK if that’s your max budget but it lacks natural light. Property management will nickel and dime you when you move out take your damage deposit and then some. and anytime anything needs to be fixed, maintenance is severely understaffed and it will take months for anything to get fixed unless you catch a maintenance guy while he’s already fixing something at your neighbours. The main door to the apartment building was broken and left open for almost 6 months when we lived there.

Loved living there until we decided to move out

Loved living there when we did. Until we decided to move out. We turned in our two month notice 3 days late and had to pay another month rent. Which was fine since it was a mistake on our end. We moved out and had the apartment cleaned and did a proper check out. Two months later we get the letter that says they took the whole deposit and we still owe 700+ dollars because of improper notice. We had turned in all the forms they wanted, called and emailed with notice, and had the checkout. When I… called 2 times about having everything done and if we needed anything else the first time they never got back to me. The second time they said everything looked good to go. So I’m very disappointed they’re demanding hundreds of dollars for a mistake they made and now when I’m calling with questions nobody can help me and nobody is answering my calls.
