The Apartment is OK if that’s your max budget but it lacks natural light. Property management will nickel and dime you when you move out take your damage deposit and then some. and anytime anything needs to be fixed, maintenance is severely understaffed and it will take months for anything to get fixed unless you catch a maintenance guy while he’s already fixing something at your neighbours. Loved living there when we did. Until we decided to move out. We turned in our two month notice 3 days late and had to pay another month rent. Which was fine since it was a mistake on our end. We moved out and had the apartment cleaned and did a proper check out. Two months later we get the letter that says they took the whole deposit and we still owe 700+ dollars because of improper notice. We had turned in all the forms they wanted, called and emailed with notice, and had the checkout. When I... called 2 times about having everything done and if we needed anything else the first time they never got back to me. The second time they said everything looked good to go.
