Everything is very old. I stayed there for eight months, the room is not very clean as I moving in. However, when checking out, I requested the professional steam cleaned the carpet ($140) and myself cleaned the room, also put the brand new drip pan. I had thought everything looks so good and even better than the condition as I moving in. But guess what? After checkout, they changed me $60 for cleaning (I wonder how they cleaned) and over $30 for replacing drip pans (??? I already put the new... ones, why need to replace????). Read More

I cannot rate this apartment management staff low enough, I have been renting from these jokers for 6 months now, i have stated many times my displeasure with the establishment and their "managers" and told them 3 different times that i would be vacating the place after my 6 month lease is up. Now here we are end of 6 month lease and now they are stating it absolutely needs to be a 2 month written notice of vacating a place. This is ridiculous I told 3 different managers previously that I would... be leaving the property at end of lease and one of them stated that just at end of lease you hand us your keys and then we do a walk thru and no big deal.
