Aspen Ponds Apartments

Living here has been a great place for me personally. Its pretty quiet and not too close to all the hustle and main part of town. I like that its close to the new walmart so I can get my groceries and come straight home. Easy access to the interstate is really nice. My apartment has been nice and the neighbors are younger and havent had any issues with people being too loud. management is also good.

I have been living at Aspen Ponds for awhile now and really like it here. The units itself are huge and very nice compared to other places I have rented from. The underground parking is great for the winter and when I had a maintenance request it was done right away. I also noticed its fairly quiet which I like. I haven't had any troubles with management since I moved here. If your a good tenant and pay your rent on time you then you shouldn't have any problems with living here.

I hate giving poor ratings but I feel this absolutely necessary here. The apartments are beautiful but small for the "market rent". The managing company, however is incompetent, rude. Very hard to get ahold of when needed. The owner was very difficult to deal with when trying to resolve a matter. This is not how you conduct business when managing peoples homes.

Did not return prorated rent for my last month that someone moved in before my lease was up. Terrible owner, told me to get a lawyer and hung up rather than having an adult conversation. All the women in his office dont know the rules and regulations and say stuff that isnt true. I spoke with other rental companies and they advised he is in the wrong.
