Cheap construction
Cheap construction, water leaks in hallways, no parking ever. Trash always bowing around property

Nope
Poor management. Mail theft, Garage break ins, Drug use on property, on patios, in hallways. Loud neighbors. Marijuana is constant.
The doors are constantly kept open so anyone can walk into the “secured” building.
We couldn’t enjoy any time with our 1 year old because of the conditions.
We have it as our first place as a family…. But, I’d love to forget our existence there entirely.
