Smoking is Now Allowed?!?

I have lived at this property since February of 2021. Smoking indoors has never been encouraged. I even recall seeing flyers at the property mentioning that it is smoke free and that smoking is prohibited in apartments, on balconies and within 20ft of the building entrances. On 1/19/23, residents received an email stating that smoking is not allowed in building common areas but IS allowed in units and on balconies. VERY unimpressed with this communication. I feel as though they are putting out a… PSA to the community to go ahead and smoke in units. Would only recommend this property if you enjoy living amongst second hand smoke.
