I've had Roaches since we moved in and still do. I last reported the Roaches 3mths ago and am still waiting for pest control. Emailed the property manager and still nothing. Very disgusted and mad that the building has Roaches still.

The apartments are very nice to live in.
You have your own washer & dryer hookups in the units
Essentia Hospital is right down the street.
Sanford clinic is also walking distance.
