    Never Helpful

    My boyfriend and I got approved and set a move in date. They then wouldn't let us move in and we had to push back saying we were paying. We moved in and it had not been cleaned or had any repairs done. We had to fight to get things fixed. We moved early and where told they would be in contact if our security deposit did not cover everything. We were never contacted in almost 3 years then get a call from a collection's agency saying that we owe money. Not once did we get a letter, email, or phone… call. It is now too late for us to do anything but pay. Their customer service is awful do not rent here.
