Location, Price and Pets!!

I have lived here for 7 years and find it relaxing and well kept. Excellent management and maintenance staff that is responsive, friendly and helpful. Location is central right off the interstate. The apartments are well maintained. Highly recommend making this your home. Plus cat and dog friendly.

Great location, well-managed

Been living in Orchid for several years. It is clean, well-managed, and kept up to date. The office and maintenance staff are great and very responsive to needs that come up. They are quick to the emergency fixes and timely with responding to others. Great place to live!

Friendly

I've been living here for over 10+. The management has been super helpful on any issues that have come up with my unit. Maintenance requests are always prompt on being fixed. If I needed to refer anybody to apartment living, I would give them this company's number. Absolutely love renting from the company!

Orchid Place Apartments

These buildings are in the perfect spot, right off the interstate and close to nearly everything in town! If I ever need maintenance done, they are there right away or the next day. The apartment itself is nice spacious, and the neighborhood is inviting and friendly.

Great for pets, quiet

Orchid Place is reasonably priced and allows large dogs, which was a must for us. It's also still quiet despite allowing pets, and residents seem to be responsible. I am also impressed by how management stays out of their residents' lives for the most part, and as long as you follow rules, they'll leave you alone. One downfall is that the on-site laundry facility is extremely outdated and ugly. However, it is functional. Overall, if you have a large dog, aren't looking for something fancy and… would like decent prices, decent neighbors and decent looks, Orchid Place is ideal.
