Apartment is nice but they don't take care of the rest of the building the management doest listen to residents an they don't fix the thing they need to

Good management; terrible tenants
The management here is pretty good. They respond to emails quickly and staff are always pleasant. The other tenants on the other hand are awful. There are screaming kids running back and forth in the hallway all day. The kids bang on my door then run. The kids run around in the parking lot unsupervised. People leave trash and cigarette butts everywhere outside the building and trash inside the building. Neighbors are very loud at late hours of the night/early morning. I have lived in multiple... apartment buildings throughout my adult years and this was by far the worst. Again, management was great; other tenants lack respect for the property and others around them.
