Overall, there are many problems with the community. Parking in front of garages is not enforced, children climb buildings, destroy picnic tables, throw trash around the quad, run around outdoors unsupervised well after sunset, run in hallways, etc. Buildings are not very clean in common areas and outdated mailboxes are not secure.
