for improvements I would say keeping parking lots cleared as I've seen the plows maybe 4-5 times this winter. Getting stricter on the dirtiness of the apartment building especially since the carpets just got replaced. Limiting the amount of cars per house hold because we have to many cars that belong to a family. Registering vehicles through the office .

The Sargent Apartment complex has it's pros and cons like most places, however the staff that I have worked with has been excellent. I feel safe in my apartment complex, it is affordable, and conveniently located close to the highway.

There are better places than this

I lived here for four years. In that time I had experienced constant left, roach infestations, and poor maintenance.
The washers and dryers never work and can actually damage your clothes.
The AC in the unit was awful and only cooled off one room after running for several hours. If left on too long it would freeze up and be unusable. Needless to say, the summers were extremely uncomfortable.
Overall, the unit was old and had outdated appliances that barely worked half the time.
The neighbors… weren't that great either, because everytime I had a package left on my mailbox, it was almost always stolen.
I would strongly advise against moving here. Pretty much anywhere is better than here.
