It's been a month from the moment i entered this apartment; the glass windows needed to be replaced (the vendor came and saw it, didn't have the tight size, left, said they are coming back and never came back). The kitchen vent (fan on top of the stove) was not working (this is an emergency), still hasn't been fixed. The fridge stopped working for the second time within 2 weeks (we don't want food poisoning). We can't keep putting back thawed food in the fridge. That is against foods safety... guidelines. The maintenance came and fixed the fridge for the second time in 2 weeks. This fridge needs to be replaced. Not only it's old but keep breaking down.

An apartment in a complex this filthy, noisy & run-down should be a lot cheaper. I'm counting the days until my lease is up.

Poor service. Emails are not sent, rent does not go through, poor condition of apartment, does not process rent in a timely matter, is charging late fees when rent was played online
