Southwood Townhomes

Great value and great location! This is a wonderful area of Fargo with plenty of amenities for any lifestyle- whether single or families with kids. Two bedroom units include: large bedrooms with walk in closets, spacious kitchen, ample storage, washer/dryer in unit, electric fireplace, patios and community yard space (partially fenced in), and sizable double garage. Close to shopping/ grocery stores, public library, parks and playgrounds, restaurants; easy access to Interstate for quick commutes... (can basically get anywhere in 10 to 15 minutes), good school district. The management company is also quick and professional with maintenance requests. This is a winner- you can't really ask for much more!
