    Verified Renter

    Friendly staff, clean apartments. The management is separate from the ownership, leaving well intentioned people sometimes performing subpar services.

    The contracts are NOT student friendly, do not allow for month-month leasing after fulfilling first contract.

    Excessive fees and do not allow for buyout of lease, even if abandoned.

    The roommate matching is random, and management will not act quickly to remove roommates who violate the lease, even if it includes violent behavior.    …

    Ultimately, the building and it's amenities make it a good place for near-campus living, but be sure to know your roommates before moving in, as management does not move swiftly, even in the case where a reasonable person fears for their safety.
