The Fountains Apartments

I’ve lived in the fountains since January 2016! It is a beautifully maintained property! I loved the location of it to start with, and after living there for two years, it has been a five-star experience!! Bucholtz properties are beautiful and very well taken care of! The properties are treated with TLC to the max! The apartments are very clean and neat when you move in, and the buildings are very clean and it makes you feel very proud to walk through the door because that feels like home!!...
Amber, the property manager, is very professional and kind and patient! When you have any kind of question or problem, once you contact Amber, everything is taken care of immediately!! Bucholtz properties are a five star rating in my opinion, and when I decided to move to a different location, I immediately contacted Amber so that I was able to stay within the Bucholtz properties! I now live at Westridge and it is again, a beautifully maintained property! The apartments are also very homey and clean! I have lived here for 3 years with my two boys and in all of the apartments I have lived in, this one is by far the nicest, cleanest, very responsive management, and friendliest management. Rent is very reasonable for what you get compared to others in this area. I wouldn't go anywhere else and my biggest reason for that is the management and cleanliness. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

We loved living at the Fountains. We moved there with our 1-year-old daughter and we weren’t sure how apartment living would go with a little one but our neighbors were so friendly and it was a very quiet, clean building. The unit we lived in was very spacious, bright, and open, which we enjoyed as a family and especially when we had guests over. Our apartment manager was very friendly and professional. The rent was very reasonable. When the time came to move out (we bought a house) there... was no drama about getting our deposit back, we felt like we were working with normal human beings who were ultimately looking out for our best interests. This place is very nice. Make sure you get a room on the top floor because the vaulted ceilings take you from cramped apartment living to a spacious high-class feel. Stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors make this a great place, especially for the price. The only complaint I have is the occasional water issues such as lack of water pressure in the showers and lack of cold water. Other than that this place is fantastic and is in a new and growing community.
