Decent

We lived there for 2 years. It’s a basic apartment. Includes decent balcony space as well as a single stall garage. Maintenance was super quick if anything happened! Out of our 2 years living there we had tires slashed on vehicles once, a break into vehicle once (vehicle parked outside), and a break into mailbox once. Though the apartment building didn’t have many people living in it, the people were nice and wished us well when we moved out. My only complaint would be the office staff. The gal… we first met with was great but the gal who moved us in and a different gal that moved us out were not very friendly. When moving out she said that it was one of the cleanest apartments she’d seen but then marked a bunch of stuff dirty
