Needs lot of work

The elevator doesn't work. Have to pay to wash and dry clothes; the machines are ancient, and the dryers barely work.

I lived at Block V Apartments in Grand Forks.

Management does not respond reliably — often there is no reply at all.
When something breaks, expect to wait months before it is addressed- IF you are lucky.
The elevator has been broken for over 2 years despite being advertised as available.
