Safe and comfortable place to be. Other residents are quiet after hours and polite in the hallways! People who work for Goldmark clean the hallways and steps often, making sure the building is presentable!

Don't move here if you like having the ability to contact the office with concerns. 9/10 you will be routed to the fargo office which then they will attempt to connect you to the grand forks office. It's a vicious cycle of not my problem let me pass you off.

I think that everyone involved did a good job, there were some slight hic-ups, but we got through that. The process of getting in and getting done with the paperwork was good. All the stuff got sent to me right away and everything got filled out as needed.
