Great place to live!

I am a college student at UND. My roommate and I got an apartment here in August 2019. I absolutely love the community and surround area (especially in the summer). The pond adds a lot of scenic value to the apartments. The property managers are super friendly and VERY helpful. My one and only complaint is that--during the winter-- they did a poor job at shoving the sidewalks and roads. Maintenance is fast. Apartment is good quality materials and appliances. This is an overall great place to... live.
