Lovely Cockroach Problem!

The experience of living in an Elevate Living apartment was average... that is, of course, until I saw a cute bug in my kitchen. I then notified management and they had a bug person come out 6 days later. He did a light spraying and placed some traps. He confirmed the, now, 2 live bugs I found were cockroaches. I was somewhat satisfied. That changed after I found a LARGE cockroach under my bathroom sink. I found 3 other dead ones after that and terminated my lease. From what I've gathered from… multiple people, they're an infestation, not a single-apartment issue. Beware!

If you love mice and poor management, this is the place for you.

I lived here for 2 years and we lived with mice for 10 months. Best of all, I lived on the second floor and was told I was the only one with mice. We contacted them multiple times and they acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. Pest control came multiple times but never fixed the issue they just set non-baited traps. I decided to take matters into my own hands and caught 8 mice in less than a month. Every time I talked to them about the infestation they made me feel as if it wasn’t their problem and… it was annoying for them. Not once did they apologize. The management is terrible and I will never rent from ELEVATE LIVING again. Also, there was giant exposed section of moldy rotting wood that hasn’t been fixed for almost to a year… this place is disgusting and over priced.

Review

Awesome place to live , very quiet place . Everybody minds their business so you don’t have to worry about nosy people or loud neighbors. Very clean apartments new carpeting and kitchens. Management is spectacular!

Was fine at first

Anna was the only staff there that I felt like cared when stuff happened she got it done but once she left the place went downhill and issues we had after that were not taken seriously and they didn't seem to care since we were moving out soon. The part I found interesting was that when we got our deposit back they said it took them 8 hours to clean our apartment that we had been moved into for the last two weeks we lived there. Pretty interesting that it would take professional cleaners that… long to clean something we barely lived in. Needless to say don't count on getting a deposit back

Best company to rent from

I mean it when I say this, IRET is the best company I've ever rented from. They're understanding, hard working and quick to fix things that are wrong with your apartment so that you stay happy. Highly recommend.
