Freighthouse Apartments
I am finally leaving this review after 6 months into a 12 month lease. The apartment itself and surrounding area is fine enough. I really like the design of the units, and the close proximity to downtown Grand Forks. However, I cannot recommend renting any unit from Kobetsky Properties due to their lack of integrity when it comes to renting and solving maintenance issues. Many broken promises and failure to prepare the unit properly have been problems I have not encountered renting from any... other leasing agency. Please look elsewhere for better service.

Warehouse Apartments
The Warehouse Apartments are one of the best apartments to be found in Grand Forks. They have a very open floor plan and raised ceilings that make it very spacious. The tenant management is exceptional and they always answer your calls, no matter what time you need them. It's only 6 block from downtown and still close enough to campus for students. The character of this building cannot be beaten. Wouldn't think twice about renting here!
