Amazing apartments & great management team.
We have loved living at shoal creek. the manager has been nothing but great and efficient for anything we need whether it be a small question to a maintenance request. property is regularly maintained and always looks great inside and out. We are sure gonna miss it! Big thanks to the manager melanie for all the help!!

Totally worth it!
I lived on the 4th floor of Shoal Creek for a little over 2 years. I had a one bedroom which has a full size washer and dryer, which is so nice to have! My floor was clean and quiet, and having an elevator was wonderful.
All of my interactions with the office staff were positive. They are caring and professional. The few times I needed maintenance was also handled quickly and efficiently.
If I ever relocate back to the Bismarck/Mandan area, I would definitely rent from Shoal Creek again.
