The Parker Suites is a historic 9 story building that was constructed into a luxury hotel in 1947 and converted to 60 apartments in 1990. There are 2- 1500 sq ft penthouse apartments on the 9 th floor , 27 - 1000+ sq ft - 2 bed / 2 bath… apartments, 25 - 1 bed / 1 bath apartments and 6 small studio apartments. City living.
I live there for a short period of time the only problem they had with the elevator due to its age having some problems which is being resolved with a new elevator here in a very very short future I met a lot of good people while living there it was very quiet and it was great being downtown in the heart of things I would recommend anybody that liked City living in a small town to live there you'd love it.
