Nice Apartment, But some ongoing issues
l've lived at Dakota Point for a few months. The apartment itself is spacious, newer, and I appreciate having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The move-in process went smoothly, and the property is generally kept up.
However, there have been some ongoing issues that have affected my experience. I've experienced noise from neighboring units, occasional cigarette smoke odors entering my apartment, and some confusion regarding rent ledger information after management changes. Communication and... follow-up on certain concerns could be improved.
Overall, the apartment has many positives and has become a comfortable home for me, but there are some issues that I hope management continues to address for residents.
